Modern logistics runs on data. Every route, load, and decision is an opportunity to optimize. LOTS Group, part of Scania, develops software that turns complex logistics networks into smarter, more efficient systems.

By leveraging real-time data and Scania’s European inbound network, LOTS Group optimizes transport flows, reduces empty miles, and lowers costs at scale. As the offering matured, so did the need for a brand that could reflect its intelligence and its independence from Scania.

Software is powerful, but often invisible. At the same time, LOTS Group needed to step out from under Scania’s shadow and define its own position. How do you create a distinct brand for an invisible product, while establishing LOTS Group as its own force in the logistics landscape?

We positioned LOTS Group as the orchestrator of logistics: a brand built on clarity, overview, and control. The identity takes a bird’s-eye perspective, with a layout system inspired by latitude and longitude to create a structured, scalable, and precise design system.

At its core is the ecosystem: LOTS Group, its customers, routes, and volumes, all connected and integrated. This thinking extends into every detail, from typography to iconography, where forms are shaped by trucks seen from above. The result is a flexible yet distinct identity that turns complexity into clarity and that gives form to the intelligence behind modern logistics.
